This week we had a good look at Customer Relations with the use of a couple of videos and a workshop booklet. These photos show an activity we ejnoyed where we had to use excellent listening skills to take an order on the telephone.

Hand it in as soon as you can and we'll get your marks up on the grid with everybody else's.
